Portrait of Helen Keller in her graduation gown

Courage. Fierce optimism.
Inspired activism. Compassion.

These are the gifts that our co-founder Helen Keller gave to the world.

Helen’s Gifts bring hope to those who are blind ... and those who are unseen. They help to protect and empower the forgotten, the impoverished, the ignored. We know this is the right work to do because as Helen said, “The welfare of each is bound up in the welfare of all.” Her legacy lives on.
